COVID-19 prevention policy

As we are a Seafood Processor we are governed by the FDA and have to follow haccp rules https://www.fda.gov/food/hazard-analysis-critical-control-point-haccp/seafood-haccp 

in addition to our haccp plan

 All Employees and owners required to wear masks gloves and gowns when entering processing area.  All processing areas including floors stainless steel table tops walls and door knobs are bleached and disinfected  before and after processing.All persons when entering processing area must replace gloves with new set. one  packer at a time is allowed to handle product from master case to customer box per box for limited touch. Delivery vehicle are disinfected before and after use delivery. Drivers are required to were gloves and mask when delivering your box. Your box will be left on front stupe. We also ask our customers not to  tip drivers in cash or check for same purposes they are paid well.if you want to tip you can ask driver for there personal bank info or paypal info and send them money wireless. Let's all do our part to keep everyone safe.
